Specs for submitting digital art for printing . . .

We print artwork, signs and banners using Adobe PhotoShop as our main program.

Specs: 200ppi at actual size, RGB color space, Adobe 1998 RGB profile, Tiff with LZW compression.
You can send your files in high resolution: JPG, Tiff, PDF or EPS
Large files up to 100 megs can be sent free via www.yousendit.com. You will need to sign up for an account but it is free up to 100 megs.

For best color and clarity we recomend letting us scan your art. Our scanner is calabrated to our printing system.
If you scan or photograph your own art we cannot guarantee a high resolution piece. Please provide the original or a color sample to test for color correctness. If you do not provide a referance we cannot guarentee correct color.
If you bring a digital file from another printer, there is still no guarantee we will get the results you are expecting. Each system is different and you will be charged for the time necessary to make color corrections.

We cannot use Microsoft Publisher or Word files to print from or low resolution images off the internet.

All digital files will incur a minimum $11 setup fee for processing. If your digital file is not ready to print, you will be charged for the time necessary to make it printable. We charge $45 per hour. If you are unsure of how to prepare your file, please call and ask before you create it.

We can provide proofs via email or hard copies upon request. The first proof is free. Additional proofs for changes will be charged for the time needed to make changes or adjustments and create them. No charge will be made due to correcting errors on our part.
